Nicholas St. North and Yeti

Today is the day many start thinking about holiday gifts. Well, not just think; they actually go out and get 'em. I'll be doing my Official "I Love the Yeti" 2011 Gift Guide next week, but I just found an item that might make a good stocking stuffer for a child capable of reading chapter books.

**Nicholas St. North and the Battle of the Nightmare King** - is a new book written by Laura Geringer and illustrated by the incomparable William Joyce:





As I understand it, in Joyce and Geringer's world, yetis make the toys for Christmas, not elves. In fact, elves just play-test the toys once the yetis make them. Very cool!
